These were in one of the right hand drawers of the Singer cabinet that Smiling Typewriter perches upon…  I haven’t opened the items to see how many needles are inside, but someone on Ebay sells H. Milward needles for prices that surprised me.

More interesting, actually, is that the Milward family and their fellow Redditch metal workers were important in the development of metal needles, fishing hooks, and surgical tools, eventually leading to companies such as Entaco Limited and Coats.
